What you can expect from Pocket PH, and what we expect from you.

These terms apply to your use of Pocket PH, a private record-keeping and planning companion for hunters. By creating an account and using the app you agree to them.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything recorded under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws relating to hunting, firearms, licences and permits.
Pocket PH helps you record and organise your own information. It does not give legal advice, does not confirm that a hunt, firearm or licence is lawful where you are, and does not replace official records.
Ballistic solutions are calculation aids produced from the figures you supply. Always confirm them on the range before relying on them in the field. You remain responsible for every shot you take and for hunting safely, ethically and lawfully.
Ask PH is an AI assistant. Its answers are general guidance, not professional, legal or veterinary advice, and should be checked against local law and conditions.
Your hunts, photographs, equipment and licence records remain yours. We store them so the app can show them back to you, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising.
Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
Pocket PH is in private testing. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service is provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You may stop using Pocket PH at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers others.
When we make a material change we will publish an updated version and ask you to acknowledge it the next time you sign in.
