Recording a harvest

A Harvest is one individually recorded animal inside a hunt. The form is deliberately short so you can fill it in with cold hands: species, date and a note are all it asks for.

Open 'More details' when you want the rest. Everything there is optional:

•sex and age class;

•shot distance;

•weight;

•trophy score;

•the equipment you used.

Equipment can come from your Armoury, be typed in by hand, or be left out entirely. Choosing from the Armoury stores a snapshot of that rifle, setup and load as they were on the day, so editing the rifle later never rewrites past hunts.

You can attach several photos to a harvest at once, and they also appear in that hunt's overall gallery.

Tap any harvest card to open its full journal entry — photos, details and a link back to the hunt. You can edit a harvest at any time from there.

Good to know

Harvest records are archived rather than permanently deleted, so your hunting history remains intact. An archived harvest disappears from your lists and statistics but the record itself is kept.
