Your data and your privacy

Your records are private within Pocket PH and are not visible to other users. Account-level database controls and private storage restrict access to your hunts, photos, documents and conversations.

Where a feature needs an outside service — Ask PH, or reminder emails — only what that feature needs is passed on. The Privacy Centre in Settings sets out, part by part, what each area of the app stores.

For a copy of your data or a deletion request, use Contact us in Settings and choose 'Privacy or data request'.
