Licences
Add a licence, permit or membership with its expiry date and Pocket PH emails you as that date comes up: 180, 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before, and on the expiry date itself.
Each of those milestones is sent once for that expiry date. Change the expiry date after a renewal and a fresh cycle starts for the new date.
You control the emails in two places:
Settings — one switch for all reminder emails.
The record itself — a switch for that licence alone.
Reminder emails mention only the record type, its title, the expiry date and a link back to the relevant Pocket PH record. Reference numbers, issuing authorities and documents are never included in the email.
Pocket PH reminds you about the date you entered. It does not check whether a licence is valid, whether the date is right, or what your renewal requires — that stays with you and the issuing authority.
